Change is a Journey, LLC is owned and operated by Shannon Kahl. Shannon's career journey began at Motorola Semiconductor, where she spent 12 years in the Learning and Development and Change Management space. In 2006 she shifted gears a bit and joined SuccessFactors as a product implementation consultant. This shift in her career journey helped her develop consulting, project management, and coding skills. She spent 11 years in this area with 3 1/12 years on the government side of the business. In 2018 she made her way back to Organizational Change Management, joining a niche team within SuccessFactors focused on preparing customers and internal stakeholders for product changes focusing not only the technical change but the people side of change. With Shannon's career journey spanning these three complimentary paths, she has developed a trifecta of skills that combine the understanding of how people learn, with how to manage change wrapped up in the ability to consult and provide the proper planning and guidance.
